i used to take being called a 'roadie' as a derogatory comment, but this year i have decided to embrace it. doing lots of road rides, putting in base miles, core and strength at the gym. getting ready for a go at the road racing thing. i think im going to do a couple stage races, even.
since iv written here last i had a mediocre track nationals, got a sweet custom ticycles track frame from bike central, got excited about going to the tasmanian x-mas carnivals, got bummed when i couldnt afford to go to the tassie carnivals. i rode my new bike up at the burnaby velodrome. took a little rest. slept, ate, thought and dreamed a lot.
im excited for 2010.
